Machine selection is based on the customer’s product parameters and mold traits. The product and mold are used to determine what head size and tooling will be used on the product and what size clamp will suit the mold. Machines range from 1 to 40 pound shot sizes. As a general guideline, ACM Plastic Products can produce parts within these parameters: 1" to 30” part width, 1" to 60” part length.
